went out to dinner
my boyfriend and i have off every friday so we usually go out to dinner and even sometimes breakfast. breakfast i had a bacon omlette and some of my homefries and 4 small pieces of rye toast.

dinner i had shrimp…coconut, plain, and buffalo.. but then we had dessert….is eating out once a week bad? Sometimes I feel like I’m doing something wrong!
having one day a week to ‘indulge’ a little bit is fine, as long as you indulge in small portions! maybe only indulging at one meal instead of both breakfast and dinner would be better. or just indulge by having a sweet snack or something.
I agree with Erica. I think it’s fine to have a “cheat” day but to watch the portions. It’s a day where there is no guilt for enjoying some of the foods you really like but not going over the top. And use it as a reward for a good week. Like, if you didn’t do well the whole week, then “cheat” day is out.

I agree with Erica and Wonder Woman. To cheat once in awhile is fine… it can be motivation to eat well all week if you know that you’re going out to dinner on the weekend, and you know that you want your dessert!

Eating healthy 24/7 without any form of chocolate/cheat food is unrealistic–at least for me
As long as u’re aware of what u are eating, and portion sizes, I think your bacon omlette and dessert was well deserved
